Max is Parking and Facilities Director for the Capital City Development Corporation in Boise, Idaho.
Max manages the physical assets that are owned by CCDC. This includes six public parking garages in downtown Boise, in addition to N. 8th Street, The Grove Plaza and several other structures and parcels of land. He’s also responsible for installation and maintenance of many sidewalk amenities and the cleaning of most downtown streetscapes. Max and CCDC are dedicated to the development of public parking structures and with improvements that increase the efficiency of existing public and private parking facilities, to support downtown businesses and redevelopment of surface parking.
Max has been with CCDC for nearly 14 years. Prior to joining CCDC, Max worked for the City of Bellevue, Washington for nearly 20 years. He currently serves on the BOMA Idaho Board of Directors and Executive Committee. He is a founding member of the Northwest Parking Association and served on the NWPA Board of Directors for five years. He currently serves on the Accreditations Committee of the International Parking Institute.
Max holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Washington State University, a Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington and received his “Certified Administrator of Public Parking” certificate in June of 2007.
