David will share his experiences, insight, and the way he views this market and the future in CRE.

David Turnbull

David Turnbull is the Chairman of Brighton Corporation and affiliated entities. Since joining Brighton in 1990, David has grown the company into Idaho’s leading diversified developer of residential, commercial and mixed-use properties, with over 10,000 homes and 3.5 million square feet of commercial buildings developed in Boise and surrounding communities.

Committed to Treasure Valley's planned growth, David actively participates in key business and government boards and committees. He has guided Brighton into a leadership position in giving back to the community through donations and improvements for important community projects such as Boys and Girls Club, Special Olympics, Boise Rescue Mission, Children’s Home Society, the West Boise and South Meridian YMCA, Boise City Aquatic Center, and numerous public schools and parks.

David graduated from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University in 1983. He and his wife Kristin live in Eagle, Idaho.
