  • Preston B Rutter, Attorney, Clark Wardle LLP
    Preston is well-connected and has built a strong network in Idaho and beyond. He became well acquainted with the Idaho Bar as a law clerk for District Judge Mitchell W. Brown, helping prepare the Judge for trial and dozens of summary judgment hearings. In private practice, Preston developed a breadth of experience managing a busy caseload involving real property litigation, city attorney work including planning and zoning for Preston, ID, contract drafting, estate planning, and valuable court time handling child protection and family law cases. At Clark Wardle, LLP, Preston has proven to be a valuable asset whether it be handling a land use application or offering litigation support for partners.

  • Justin Cranney, Partner, Hawley Troxell
    Justin Cranney is a partner of Hawley Troxell’s real estate practice area and the majority of Justin’s practice is, in some fashion, connected to real estate. This includes extensive experience in commercial and residential leasing, landlord and tenant relations, acquisition and disposition of commercial and residential properties, development of real property and advising homeowner associations in disputes with members.

  • Don Z Gray, Associate, Givens Pursley LLP
    Don is a construction litigator with Givens Pursley. His practice focuses primarily on prosecuting construction defect and construction dispute claims on behalf of building owners and managers. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Don obtained a masters in architecture and worked briefly for a local multi-disciplinary design firm. Don’s background gives him a unique perspective to the design and construction industries. Don graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law, summa cum laude, in 2016.
